Last October, together with PwC, The Forum published the Women in Leadership 2018 Report, which revealed that minimal progress has been made in gender parity at the board level, and that the number and salaries of women in executive ranks remain flat.
To leverage the report, The Forum and PwC have prepared a follow-up communication entitled, Take Action to Create a Culture That Values Women. This short handout includes 12 actionable ways company leadership can foster and embrace diversity in the C-suite and the boardroom.
