Together with PwC, The Forum published the Women in Leadership 2019 Report, which reveals that minimal progress has been made in gender parity at the board level, and that the number and salaries of women in executive ranks remain flat.
To leverage the report, we have prepared a follow-up “Take Action” communication entitled, Create a Culture that Supports Gender Equity. This is a short handout that provides highlights from the 2019 report, including ways company leadership can foster and embrace diversity in the executive suite and the boardroom as well as steps emerging women leaders can utilize to be their own best advocates.
