Women in Leadership Take Action Campaign

Together with PwC, The Forum published the Women in Leadership 2018 Report, which reveals that minimal progress has been made in gender parity at the board level, and that the number and salaries of women in executive ranks remain flat.

To leverage the report, The Forum and PwC have prepared a follow-up communication entitled, Create a Culture that Supports Gender Equity.  This short handout includes 12 actionable ways company leadership can foster and embrace diversity in the C-suite and the boardroom.

This is easy to do and there are multiple ways to do it.
* Share the handout within your personal and professional networks.
* Post the individual actionable items on your personal LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. (Don’t forget to use @FOEWPHL, @PwCUS, #WomenInLeadership.)
* Consider sharing the handout with the decision-makers in your company.
