Progress toward putting more women in positions of top leadership at the region’s 100 largest public companies is moving at a slow pace.
These are the companies who had 30% or more women on their boards in 2018.
More progress is needed to increase the percentage of female top earners.
While the big picture shows that women are advancing in the boardroom, the same cannot be said of women in the executive suites.

Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission
Nancy was appointed as an Ex-Officio Member of America250-PA, established by the legislature and Governor to lead the 250th anniversary of the founding of the USA and PA's role in that event.
The Forum of Executive Women offers annual sponsorship opportunities to companies and organizations that would like ongoing visibility and touch points with a large base of executive women leaders and their constituencies throughout the year.
