Progress toward putting more women in positions of top leadership at the region’s 100 largest public companies is moving at a slow pace.
These are the companies who had 30% or more women on their boards in 2018.
More progress is needed to increase the percentage of female top earners.
While the big picture shows that women are advancing in the boardroom, the same cannot be said of women in the executive suites.
