Expanding Membership

The Forum of Executive Women has a Guiding Principle of Inclusion and is dedicated to growing our welcoming, diverse, engaging, and caring community that is bound together by our common purpose. Additionally, The Forum continuously strives to improve membership experience in accordance with our 2024-2027 Strategic Plan.

For these two reasons our "Spark" and "What's Next?" Initiatives were born, to be inclusive of every stage of professional life and responsive to current needs.

MEMBERSHIP LIFECYCLE

SPARK MEMBERSHIP

Spark Membership is for women pursuing and progressing into leadership roles within their organizations and communities. The Forum's mission is to bring together and leverage the influence of professional women to expand the impact and power of women in the workplace and beyond. Through both our Mentoring Program and Spark Membership, Forum members give back to the next generation of women leaders.

As we continue to tailor our offerings to fit the needs of our members, we host feedback sessions to make sure our Spark Members are getting the maximum benefits of membership from programming to networking to mentorship.

"WHAT'S NEXT?"

Forum Members are leaders in their fields and leaders in the community. When approaching about the thirty year mark in their career they might ask themselves, what's next? From board opportunities to programs for meaningful connection and thought leadership, the "What's Next?" Initiative was created to support Forum Members who are interested in engaging with The Forum who are in or are approaching a new chapter in their careers.

As we continue to tailor our offerings to fit the needs of all members, we host "What's Next?" brainstorm sessions open to all interested Forum Members.
