✨ Full Members:  Members recognized as leaders in their field and the community. 

✨ Spark Members: Members pursuing, and progressing into, leadership roles within their organizations and communities. 

✨ Geographically Remote Membership: Members who meet the Full Membership criteria and live and work outside of the Greater Philadelphia Region.

✨ Sustaining Membership: A Forum Full Member who has left her primary career and is largely retired may decide to transition to Sustaining Membership which is offered at a reduced membership rate (requires at least five years of active membership).

✨ Belong to a powerful network of women leaders who represent the full spectrum of industries, businesses and organizations in the Philadelphia region and beyond. 

✨ Attend cutting-edge programs with top speakers designed to provide current information and inspire interesting conversation.

✨ Enjoy a discount on tickets to The Forum’s four Signature Events. 

✨ Attend virtual and in-person programming (over 100 events in 2024). 

✨ Participate in Forum committees and initiatives and build lasting connections while contributing to the future of women in leadership. 

✨ Participate in Peer Circles to facilitate professional and personal opportunities for our members and deepen member relationships and engagement. 

✨ Advocate for women’s equity and advancement through The Forum’s reports (such as The Pay Equity Report and the Women in Leadership Report) and our advocacy agenda. 

✨ Access board opportunities through our partnerships with Athena Alliance, The LeaderBoard, Equilar and Bolster. 

✨ Access our member platform and Private LinkedIn Group that offer our members the ability to share personal news, programs and events of greater interest, and job opportunities.

✨ Sustaining Membership: $350

✨ Geographically Remote Membership: $325

✨ Spark Membership: $275

Members opting-in to automatic renewal receive a $25 discount.

The membership term is July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. All dues are prorated in your first year.

If you are interested in membership and believe you meet the membership criteria outlined above, please share your resume/bio (including a description of all civic/community activities for the past five years) with Kristin McKenna to be pre-vetted by the Membership Committee. 

Assuming the pre-vetting group agrees that you meet our criteria, you will complete a candidate questionnaire and two Forum members will complete a sponsor questionnaire.

When all materials have been submitted, they will be reviewed by the full Membership Committee which meets every other month.
