FORUM MENTORING

Program Overview

  • Duration: This is a 12-month program beginning with an orientation each December. Mentees attend monthly mentoring circles in either Center City or King of Prussia. There are no meetings during the summer months.

  • Format: Two groups of mentee circles meet monthly to discuss a variety of professional topics (career goals, personal and career development, workplace challenges, etc.). Topics are selected by the consensus of each circle.
  • Please note that all sessions are group sessions. This is not a personal coaching program or a 1:1 mentoring experience.

  • Exposure to Forum Members: Mentees have a unique ability to meet and network with Forum members each month. Forum members provide guidance and facilitation on topics for each monthly meeting.
