Meghan Pierce (she/her) joined the Forum of Executive Women in 2023 as its inaugural President and CEO. Meg is the vision behind Philadelphia's premier professional women's organization, supporting membership, The Forum’s advocacy agenda on women in the workplace issues, philanthropy, and more. Her career in nonprofit and government organizations has focused on women's advancement and advocacy in the areas of pay equity, political representation, and reproductive justice. Meg has been named to City and State Pennsylvania’s 2022 Nonprofit Power 100, the 2024 Above & Beyond Women Awards, and the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2024 40 Under 40.  She holds a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

Upon joining The Forum, Meghan helped to craft a new Strategic Plan for a clear path forward for 2024-2027.
